FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves knitting base from thermoplastic thread and simultaneously knitting pile bundles into loops of base, with pile bundles being supplied from card sliver; widening and stabilizing base; clipping, lifting and polishing pile bundles; lengthening and simultaneously widening base till loop acquires rectangular shape; fixing pile bundles and rectangular loops of base and stabilizing at the same temperature, with initial stage of stabilization being conducted during widening and lengthening. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of artificial fur. 3 dwg
