FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: housing of hydraulic cylinder 7 is rigidly mounted on the base. Rocker 3 is coupled with the rod of piston 8 through shackle 9. Shackle 4 connects rocker 3 with free-running mechanism 5. The damping device is made up as hydraulic cylinder 7, plunger 11, and springs 12 coupled with the plunger which are received in a dummy groove in the housing. The device is in communication with the under-piston space of hydraulic cylinder 7 through passageway 13. When driving shaft 6 is loaded rocker 3 oscillates with respect to the fixed rod of piston 8. The oscillation is converted into pulse unidirectional rotation of driven shaft 6 through shackle 4 and carrier of free-running mechanism. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
