FIELD: blasting operations, explosive devices used in blasting operations in mining and petroleum- gas industries and in civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: detonating device case 1 accommodates ignition element 2, intermediate shell 4, initiating (7) and initiated (10) charges. Initiating charge 7 is placed in additional shell 6, partially or completely placed inside intermediate shell 4 and having hole 5 on the side of ignition element 2. Additional shell 6 on the side of initiating charge 10 is thinner than its rest part, or has an open end. A partition may be installed between initiating (7) and initiated (10) charges, the partition is partially or completely placed inside additional shell 6. The partition cross-section area equals the cross-section area of initiating charge 7. The partition may be made in the form of cup 9, whose bottom faces initiated charge 10. Retarding and/or ignition compound may be placed between ignition element 2 and initiation charge 7. EFFECT: enhanced safety. 7 cl, 2 dwg
