FIELD: cryogenic engineering; superconductors for reducing magnetic and electromagnetic fields and for producing magnetic vacuum. SUBSTANCE: Meissnen-Ochenfeld effect and low of conservation of magnetic flux in coupled superconductors are at the heart of invention. Normal screen conductance layer covered with superconducting layer applied by electrolysis based on niobium in inert gas environment is made in hollow sphere shape whose thickness makes up 0.03-0.20 of its diameter; isotropy relative to pinning force is provided for superconducting layer. Hollow sphere is made of copper, molybdenum, graphite, glass-reinforced carbon. Isotropy of superconducting layer relative to pinning force can be attained by applying layer in two or more cycles of electrolysis with superconductor removed from electrolyte during intervals between cycles; by conducting electrolysis process in helium and argon environment followed by mechanical treatment of superconductor; by conducting electrolysis process in argon-nitrogen mixture environment. Superconducting materials used for the purpose may be Nb,Nb3Sn and NbCx (x= 0.97-0.99). EFFECT: improved reduction of magnetic field irrespective of direction of its action, enlarged screened area at minimized input of superconducting material, facilitated procedure. 14 cl
