FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with axial opening for receiving part to be worked. Three double-armed semicircular levers are mounted for rocking on shafts secured to end part of housing. Shorter arm of lever is provided with slot for accommodating deforming member. Replaceable weights are fixed on pins secured to ends of longer arms of levers. Longer arm of each lever is connected by spring to housing. Longer arm of each lever carries cylindrical roller mounted on shaft for rotation about it. Neck is positioned on outer surface of housing at side adjacent to semicircular levers. Disk is mounted on neck for rotation relative to housing axis. Disk surface faced to levers is provided with three rectangular roller receiving slots. During rotation of housing, centrifugal forces are generated under the action of weight of levers and replaceable weights to turn levers relative to fastening shafts. During turning, shorter arm of lever presses deforming member to surface of part to be worked; cylindrical roller is caused to move along rectangular slot to rotate disk, which urges levers to turn in synchronism. During longitudinal displacement of part, plastic deformation of part surface occurs.
