FIELD: cement production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cement involving wasteless processing of natural alkali aluminosilicates and, in particular, to controlling process of preparing raw mix from belite sludge, limestone-bauxite mixture and ashes. Method is distinguished with measuring chemical composition of initial components of raw mix, measuring density of belite sludge, and moisture content in limestone and bauxite, whereupon, using first mathematical model with predetermined values of coefficient of saturation, silicate and silica modules of raw mix, and from measured values of intake and density of belite sludge, moisture content in limestone and bauxite, and chemical composition of initial components, desired value of limestone-bauxite mixture intake is found and current intake is then regulated to be equal to the found value. At the same time, periodically sampling raw mix and using second mathematical model, depending on chemical composition of initial components and raw mixture and from measured values of density of belite sludge and moisture content in limestone and bauxite at sampling moment, current intake of limestone-bauxite mixture is found and its intake is adjusted in terms of Pi low depending on deviation between preset and current values of limestone-bauxite mixture intake.
