FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing nepheline and spenite involving wasteless technology and may be used for controlling integrated belite sludge washing process. According to invention, water intake into tail filter is varied depending on alkali content in filter drain and poor washing water streams are distributed in washing lines depending on deviations of measured alkali contents in drains of last-but-one filters-concentrators from average value. Hot water intake into tail filter is adjusted in proportion to average alkali content deviation from its mathematical expectation. Level in recycled solution tank is maintained by changing stream of reach washing water. Level in reach washing water tank is maintained by draining excess washing water into filters of main filtration unit. Preset value of level in reach washing water tank is adjusted proportionally to differential of difference of average value of alkali content in drains from last-but-one filters-concentrators on washing line and of difference of preset value of alkali content in drain from tail filter. EFFECT: optimized process control. 4 cl, 1 dwg
