FIELD: manufacture of building materials such as polymer concrete, more particularly self-setting polymer mineral composite materials. SUBSTANCE: composite material comprises, wt.-%: methyl methacrylate monomer, 5.0-25.0; polymer waste resulting from production of polystyrene-based emulsion polystyrene, 2.5-5.0; benzoyl peroxide, 0.2-1.5; aniline, 0.05-0.5; α,W-dimethacrylate, 0.5-5.0; and mineral filler, 71.7-83.0. Use of composition makes it possible to increase adhesion strength of composite material by more than 50 % and improve its frost resistance by 30-60 % as compared with the prior art level. EFFECT: improved properties. 1 tbl
