FIELD: superconducting materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing high-temperature superconductors, in particular those based on Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8, for applying as active elements in microwave technics operating on the basis of Josephson effect. Preparation method includes melting charge containing oxides and carbonates followed by crystallization and is distinguished with that the charge is composed of Bi2Sr2CaCu2-xMnxO8 where 0,1 ≅ x ≅ 0,3. Crystals with size (2- 3) x (2-4) mm in (ab) plane, immediately after growing, are characterized with Tendc
