FIELD: devices for puncturing ultrasonic therapy (photopuncture). SUBSTANCE: the device has series-connected ultrasonic generator, output amplifier and radiator comprising a converter. The generator operates at frequencies of 31 and 40 kHz at which relaxation in tissues of acupuncture points is observed. The converter is connected to a core concentrator with an exponential shape of the profile and relation between the diameters of the input and output ends of the concentrator providing for an intensity of ultrasonic oscillations within 0.05 to 0.2 W/sq.cm. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of photopuncture due to the use of frequencies at which relaxation in tissues is observed. 1 cl, 4 dwg
