FIELD: power and transport plants. SUBSTANCE: heater of gas turbine plant is made in form of rotary heat exchanger whose interior consists of two adjacent cylindrical chambers provided with toothed members-partitions rotating in opposite directions. Portion volume of air is closed in space between two teeth, heat-transfer surface and side walls which is fed from air supply main of supercharger to waste heat power turbine; this portion of air is evacuated from supercharger when portion volume is reduced when toothed member of adjacent wheel enters this volume.
