FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to power plants. Device for use of transport cocurrent power includes elastic pipes, elastic layer of road surface, spare capacity, accumulator-capacities of the hydraulic-fluid pressure, hydraulic fluid and coupling pipelines. Elastic pipes are laid under elastic road surface. On one side they are connected to the spare capacity by coupling pipelines. On the other side they are connected with accumulator - capacities of various pressure of hydraulic fluid through locking-controlling elements. Locking-controlling elements are connected with the fluid supply control module into this or the other accumulator based on its pressure difference. Accumulator-capacities on the other side are connected by pipelines with transducers of latent energy of hydraulic fluid of corresponding pressure into mechanic work or electric current. Transducers are connected with consumers of produces power and with the spare capacity by discharge pipelines.
EFFECT: increased amount of consumed energy.
