FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: squid and cuttlefish ganglions were homogenized in water acidified with acetic acid to pH = 3.5-4.5 in the presence of 0.1% zinc chloride and mixture is kept for 24-48 h. Supernatant is obtained and subjected for sterilizing filtration. Sterile filtrate is concentrated by 5.5-fold by ultrafiltration through the porous material at separation limit 1000-5000 Da and subjected for purification in 3-fold excess of alkalinized water, pH = 9.0-10.0. The purified concentrate is concentrated again by 2-fold on the same porous material and subjected for sterilizing filtration. The preparation is pouring under sterile conditions and dried by lyophilization. Preparation can be used for immune sera production. EFFECT: simplified method, improved ecology. 3 tbl
