TEXTURED FABRIC PRODUCING METHOD Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of glass or combined fabrics. SUBSTANCE: method involves unwinding threads from at least two collapsible strands; texturing filling threads in weaving machine by compressed air till diameter of threads is increased by 1.5-4 times; providing mechanical texturing of formed fabric. Threads are unwound from bobbins with opposite direction of coils. Bobbins may be arranged in succession or in parallel one with respect to another. Unwinding is conducted by mechanism providing advanced speed of one strand relative to other strand. Mechanical texturing process is performed twice: before and after stripper.
