FIELD: heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: straight-way steam generator has burner 11 for fossil fuels with vertical gas duct 1 consisting of vertical pipes 2 and 3 through which heat-transfer agent is passed; inlet ends of pipes are connected to inlet manifold 9 and their outlet ends are connected to outlet manifold 12. Equalizing pipe 25 connected with receiver 4 branches off each pipe 2 above burner 11 at similar height "H". In case of overheating of one separate pipe 2, mass flow through this pipe is increased as compared with average value of heating of all pipes 2. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 2 dwg
