FIELD: heat and power industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to steam generator with combustion chamber burning fossil fuel after which vertical gas conduit is linked through horizontal gas conduit on side of flue gas. Steam generator 2 consists of combustion chamber 4 designed for approximately horizontal main direction of flow 26 of flue gas G after which vertical gas conduit 8 is connected through horizontal gas conduit on side of flue gas. Guarding walls 9 of combustion chamber 4 are made of evaporation tube 10. Temperature difference between adjacent evaporation tubes 10 of combustion chamber 4 should be maintained especially little under all conditions of load of steam generator 2. With this in mind first 18 and second 20 groups of evaporation tubes 10 are correspondingly loaded with fluid medium S in parallel. First group 18 is connected in series with second group 20 of evaporation tubes. EFFECT: enhanced functional efficiency of steam generator. 15 cl, 3 dwg
