FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: method of determination of misalignment and mismatch angle between axis of rotation of platform and axis of translation of measurement head consists in rotation of platform with part put on it, measurement head is moved simultaneously, distance R from axis of translation of measurement head to points of surface of part and translation of measurement head proper are measured. Misalignment and mismatch angle are found by obtained data. Two minimal values of distance R1i(i=1,2) and translation distances Hi(i=1,2) of measurement head corresponding to them are selected from measured distances R. as well as angles αi of turn of platform, distances R2i to points on surface of part when platform is turned through angle αi+ β. In this case β < 45 deg. Value of misalignment and mismatch angle between axis of rotation and axis of translation of measurement head is judged by components of these values. Measuring device includes motor 1 coupled through reduction gear 2 to rotary platform and through rigid transmission 7 to measurement head 6. Axis of rotation of platform 4 carries rotation transducer 3, standard 5 is made fast to platform proper. Symmetry axis of standard coincides with axis of rotation of platform. Output of measurement head 6 and input of transducer of angle of turn of platform are coupled to unit 8 of coordinate recording. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of method. 2 cl, 2 dwg
