FIELD: measurement technology, determination of displacement between sensitive axes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method determining displacement and mismatch angle between axis of rotation of platform together with part mounted on it, in translation of measurement head, in measurement of distance from axis of measurement head to points on surface of part and translation proper of measurement head. Standard in the form of two cylinders of different diameters placed uniaxially is used as part. Symmetry axis of cylinders is matched with axis of rotation of platform. With turning of platform values of translations of measurement head Hi(i=1,2) and distances Ri(i=1,2) from axis of measurement head to side surface of cylinder of one diameter are recorded consistently. Mismatch angle Φ between axis of rotation of platform and axis of translation of measurement head is found by recorded values Hi and Ri. Signal Ki in the form of dependence Ki=RicosΦ+HisinΦ(i=1,2) for corresponding measured values of translations of measurement head Hi(i=1,2) and distances Ri(i=1,2) from axis of measurement head to side surfaces of cylinders of different diameters is formed. Displacement between axis of rotation of platform and axis of translation of measurement head is determined by measured values of translations Hi, distances Ri and signals Ki.
