The latter is manufactured in the form of shoe with arc-like surface and through slot located in parallel to axis of part. Slot communicates with pressure chamber. Plant also includes aid to provide contact of arc-like surface of shoe with surface of part having grooves and aid to measure degree of limiting flow of fluid medium through slot.
