FIELD: instrumentation, accelerometers with liquid damping. SUBSTANCE: given accelerometer has body, elastic sensitive element, inertial mass. Body is fitted with compensating element forming thermally regulated clearance between conjugate surfaces of compensating element and inertial mass filled with damping liquid held in it by surface tension force. Compensating element is manufactured in the form of monolith support or bent plate which ends are attached to body and are made from material having linear coefficient of thermal expansion bigger than that of material of body.
