SUBSTANCE: in passive infrared mire positioned on homogeneous underlying surface and incorporating line elements with screening plates line elements are fabricated in the form of rectangular frames with rotary screening plates mounted in them. Plates are fitted with mechanism of their movement. They overlap in closed position entire section of frame. EFFECT: enhanced functional characteristics. 2 cl, 2 dwg
