FIELD: measurement of power of noise-nature radio-frequency emission. SUBSTANCE: the device uses an antenna connected to the first microwave switch, circulator, radiometer receiver, clock-frequency generator and two matched loads, one of which is connected to the input of the second microwave switch. Use is also made of two quarter-wave stubs of the transmission line, comparator, reversible counter, three registers, three digital-to- analog converters, two thermoelectric refrigerators, multiplexer, scale-of-two frequency divider, scale-of- three frequency divider and a shift register.
