FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: process is based on counting of momentary capture gamma-quanta formed during interaction of neutrons with nuclei of cadmium-113. Monocrystal of semiconductor compound of cadmium, for example, selenite or cadmium tellurite, to which bias voltage is applied resulting in emergence of current pulse, in interaction of neutrons with nuclei of cadmium is used in compliance with invention for creation of capture gamma-quanta and their recording. Value of flux of neutrons is judged by number of emerged current pulses. EFFECT: improved authenticity of process. 1 dwg
