FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: neutron sensors are made from semiconductor materials with different character of dependence of efficiency on energy of neutrons to ensure authentic identification of fission materials within wide energy range by proposed device. One channel uses sensor effectively recording neutrons in energy range from thermal neutrons up to 1.0 MeV, other channel has sensor based on threshold reactions effectively recording neutrons starting with 3.0 MeV. EFFECT: authentic identification of fission material within wide energy range. 3 dwg
