SUBSTANCE: reflector made in the form of optically inter matched elements mounted at angle αn to surface of active element is positioned in laser along working surface of active element of rectangular shape. Pumping radiation of active element is fed along optical axis of active element with incidence angle γo having values 0°≅ γo≅ 89°, and where γn is incidence angle of pumping radiation re-reflected by nth element of reflector on to working surface of active element.
