FIELD: forestry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has L-shaped handle joined to collecting container provided with shield positioned within it and working member made in the form of cutter-scoop positioned outside container. Lever is mounted above scoop on shaft, which is connected through tie-rod with cock on shaft at handle end and return spring. Semioval plank is fixed on lever end with its convex side faced to cutter-scoop to define cutting pair. Such construction allows berry stem to be cut or mature berry to be picked and directed into scoop, where it rolls behind shield into collecting container. Thus gathering of berries is conducted without necessity for bending toward berry and touching it. To gather strawberry, apparatus is provided with another lever having pressing member and attached to lever positioned above cutter-scoop.
