Secured on handle bar is extended trigger connected by intermediate link with lever above dustpan. Mounted on end of lever is removable piston made of rubber which can be replaced with brush. Secured in middle of lever is cover for dustpan so as to prevent spreading of smell during temporary storing. Secured on rear neck of dustpan is small bag containing water-absorbing, smell-absorbing and excrement-decomposing agent. Bag is secured by fasteners. Device is simple and convenient in handling.
