SUBSTANCE: apparatus has gathering container with L-shaped handle 1 attached to container front part and working tool with parallel guiding rods 5 and intermediate curved rods 9 whose one ends are connected to guiding rods 5. Ends of each guide are disposed in container. Comb 11 is mounted on rear wall of container. Intermediate rods have parallel curved wavy rods 9 arranged in two rows 8. Rods in each pair and each pair are offset in vertical plane one relative to another and attached with their one ends to front part of container.
