FIELD: organic chemistry; environmental control. SUBSTANCE: non-symmetrical dimethyl hydrazine is known to be highly toxic and environmentally harmful substance. According to proposed method, objects contaminated with substance in question are treated with neutralizing agent, latter being electrochemically activated, aqueous sodium chloride solution having hydrogen index pH = 1.8-6.8 and active chloride concentration 50-800 mg/sq. dm. EFFECT: effective and cheap method.
