FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes processing of initial solution with direct electric current on installation with non-flow diaphragm electrolyser with its charging into cathode and anode chambers. As initial solution used is mineral concentrate from milk whey electrodialysis, diluted with distilled water in ratio 1:8…1:9. The process is carried out until the following parameters of catholyte are achieved: pH 7.5…8.0; ORP -600…-650 mV and anolyte - pH 3.0…4/0; ORP +600…+660 mV at current density 0.2…0.3 A/cm2 and specific consumption of electricity quantity 0.20…0.25 A/h per 1 l of catholyte and anolyte.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce costs, discharge of by-products into sewage system, extend assortment of electrochemically activated solutions for neutralisation of harmful microorganisms in processing of agricultural raw material.
