FIELD: cleaning air and gases from mechanical impurities. SUBSTANCE: turboseparator includes housing with supply and discharge branch pipes, shaft with fan and separating wheels mounted on it; last separating wheel is located after fan wheel in way of motion of flow and is provided with several rows of curvilinear blades. Turboseparator is provided with entrapping chamber which is connected with inlet of fan wheel by means of gas duct. Blades of separating wheel of subsequent row (in way of motion of flow) have opposite curvature as compared with blades of previous row; leading edges of blades of subsequent row overlap axially trailing edges of previous row forming clearance between them. Blades of fan wheel are made in form of plates in lower section changing to curvilinear profile over periphery. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
