FIELD: environment control technology. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for reducing dimensions of polluted area in open water basins with subsequent clearing of polluted surface. Device is made in the form of perforated flexible pipe connected with source of working body and attached to floating members by means of flexible links. Floating members are made in the form of remotely operated towboats. Perforated pipe is attached to ballast members. Depth of perforated pipe is fixed by means of flexible links between ballast members and floating members.
