FIELD: railway transport; safety signalling devices. SUBSTANCE: design of light provides easy and convenient change of position of light filter, replacement of lens from car without use of ladder, convenient access to electric lamp and panel. Tail signal light has detachable panel and housing with white light source placed inside and color light filter and lens. Panel is provided with holes for light fastening on car, mounting threaded members, two pressure plates contacting with side edges of lens through sealing members, and windows. Housing is made in form of pan, is installed with cavity pointed to panel window and is coupled with one of pressure plates by means of detachable hanger. Light filter is installed directly on housing for fixing in operating and nonoperative positions. EFFECT: reduced labour input in mounting signal light on car, increased strength of light. 4 cl, 5 dwg
