FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: device has chamber divided by partition 3 into two parts 1 and 2 of equal diameter. Elastic hose 4 passes through partition 3. Ends of hose are turned inside out and secured in corresponding part of chamber at both sides of partition. Rod is installed between hose spaces. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation. 1 dwg
