FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lubricant-cooling technological means and can be used in metal cutting and finishing-hardening the surface treatment of parts made of steel and non-ferrous metals by cutting and methods of surface plastic deformation. Lubricating and cooling technological means for metal cutting and surface deformation processes containing triethanolamine, additionally contains oleic acid, polyethylene glycol, industrial oil I-20 in the following ratio, wt. %: triethanolamine 15; oleic acid 5; polyethylene glycol 40; industrial oil (I-20) 40.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the development of an efficient plastic lubricating and cooling technological means for metal cutting and surface deformation processes, id est allows you to reduce the flow of coolant heat fluids at a constant flow into the treatment area, increase tool life and reduce the amount of roughness.
