FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel, filtering cylinder mounted within vessel for rotation on shaft. Filtering cylinder has netted wall and end covers. Device for withdrawal of layer of cellulose from netted wall is positioned outside netted wall. Filtering cylinder enclosure is defined by filtrate sections adjoining one to another with their side walls. Filtrate pipes are positioned adjacent to one end of filtering cylinder and directed into it. Filtrate pipes are connected with sections of distributing chamber positioned in the vicinity of inner ends of filtrate pipes. Locking member is positioned within distributing chamber. Suction pipe is arranged in vertical position and connected with locking member, which has channel for directing gas from filtrate pipe through sections of distributing chamber and discharging it to the zone outside locking member.
