FIELD: environmental control. SUBSTANCE: device has vessel with levers connected by pipeline with hollow perforated axle. Mounted on axle with possibility of rotation is bush with openings. Bush is connected through C-shape partitions with perforated drum which is covered with removable wads kept in contact with oil film spilt on ground surface and also kept in contact with pressing roll. Arranged inside removable wads are hollow macrospheres - sorbents and flexible members which extend covering made of net-like fabric. End pieces of this fabric are fixed on bosses by screws.
