FIELD: shipbuilding; manufacture of load-bearing three-layer hull structural members from reinforced plastics. SUBSTANCE: method includes filling the holes in perforated plates of light filler through entire depth with hardening polymer composition followed by its hardening and moulding-on the light filler plates to load-bearing layers of three-layer skin. The following sequence of main procedures is proposed: first, lower load-bearing layer of skin is formed over working surface of mould, then perforated plates of light filler are tightly laid over load-bearing layer and stack, thus formed, is hardened under pressure. Then holes in light filler plates are filled with hardening polymer composition which is hardened afterwards, after which upper load-bearing layer of three-layer skin is formed over continuous upper surface of light filler and then it is hardened.
