FIELD: environment control, in particular, cleaning of surface of water basins from oil. SUBSTANCE: device has electromagnetic appliance for collection of sorbent distributed over water surface and made in form of floating hollow macrospheres from material possessing magnetic properties and separator. Electromagnetic appliance for collection of sorbent is made in form heteropolar electromagnetic plate suspended from load-lifting mechanism. Separator consists of body, vertical cylindrical drum with perforated side wall and receiving hole at upper end. Drum is installed immovably inside the body to form hollow between walls of drum and body, tube for discharge of cleaned macrospheres and connected with drum lower part, central baffle of macrospheres coaxially installed inside drum and containing disk secured to shaft connected with drive. Located on disk upper surface are S-shaped in plan blades, and electromagnets connected to disk from below and alternately interacting with opposite-pole contactors. Separator parts with which macrospheres come in contact are made of nonmagnetic material. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 dwg
