SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elimination of accidents at main pipeline transport facilities and can be used for collection of emergency spills of oil and oil products from soil surface. Rotary-piston pump for collection of emergency spills of oil and oil products from soil surface includes housing with pistons arranged in its internal cavity and interconnected by telescopic tie-rods, drive wheel, spring-loaded retainer, receiving tray for collected mixture of oil or oil product with soil particles.
