FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measurement of relative alternations of laser radiation absorption intensity at near infrared range (830-1300 nm) by red cell suspension isolated from peripheral citrate blood at 23-25 C and 48-50 C. Then red cell suspension is subjected for the examined factors and measurement of light absorption by erythrocyte suspension at the indicated temperatures is carried out repeatedly. Stimulating, inert or suppression effect of factor is detected at increase, retention or change of the indicated parameter. EFFECT: improved method of estimation.
