FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood is examined by laser light. Laser light at λ=1.35-5 mcm is transmitted through a capillary with citrated blood after ESR or ESR50 measurement. Light intensity J scattered by erythrocytes at observation angles θ=0°-30° is recorded. Relative biological activity of red or white blood cells after exposed to heat or ultrasound, expressed in percentage is calculated by formula ((S1-S2)/S1)·100%; the derived values are used to calculate a relative size of an amniotic sac. Variations in the latter are associated with a changed size of cell erythrocytes with the amniotic sac or after the amniotic sac cast. If the relative size of the amniotic sac is lower than 6.6%, the absence of biological activity of erythrocytes is stated.
EFFECT: use of the declared method allows reducing evaluation time of relative biological activity of erythrocytes.
