FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method is based on determination of the reflection factor of optical radiation and consists in irradiation of skin and biotissue sections by monochromatic radiations with wavelengths λ1= 630±30 nv; ; λ2= 830±80 nv, and two- channel photographic recording of dissipated signal.
