FIELD: gas equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, high pressure chamber 2, input channel 3, low pressure chamber 4, central channel 5, output channel 7, push 6, control constrictor 8, which is designed as saddle 9 and locking member 10 which is spring-loaded to saddle 9 by means of elastic member 11. In addition device has dampening chamber 12, which is spaced from low pressure chamber 4 with housing wall 13 which has connection hole 14 which is coaxial to central channel 5. Sensitive member 15 is designed as diaphragm 16 which is mounted in housing and interacts with setting member 17. Pusher 6 connects sensitive member 15 to locking member 10 and runs through connection hole 14 in housing wall 13 with given space. Novel feature of device design is shape of pusher in region of central channel 5 which cross section is decreased in direction towards locking member 10. Shape of said push is either cone or ellipse surface. Input to output channel 7 is adjacent to input to connection hole 14. Space between push 6 and connection hole 14 conforms to specified condition. High pressure chamber 2 and control constrictor 8 are located in supply union 20. Diaphragm 16 of sensitive member 15 is designed as plates which are separated with sealed dampening chamber 26. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 11 cl, 5 dwg
