FIELD: mechanical engineering, design of gas pressure regulators. SUBSTANCE: in given gas pressure regulator high and low pressure spaces are isolated by regulating throttle which shutting element interacts with pusher and via it with sensitive element. In agreement with invention flame arrester either in the form of porous wall embracing axis of pusher or in the form of porous pusher is mounted in low pressure space. There are envisaged various design modifications of flame arrester. EFFECT: provision for protection against ignited gas with simultaneous maintenance of accurate readings of pressure meters, effective regulation and stabilization of outlet pressure in regulator. 12 cl, 6 dwg
