FIELD: electrophysics; plants for radiation treatment of parts and materials by means of accelerated electron beams. SUBSTANCE: device has evacuated cone with output foil aperture, deflecting magnet with sweep generator, and correcting magnet made in the form of two units placed at wide end of cone on its two sides. Each unit two permanent magnets in the form of variable-section bars expanding from center to end of unit, and magnetic circuit also shaped as bar. permanent magnets are magnetized in direction perpendicular to wide side of cone; magnets of same unit are magnetized in opposite directions and those placed in different opposing units are magnetized unidirectionally. EFFECT: reduced power requirement, improved reliability and stability of device operation. 3 dwg
