FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: orthopedic device consists of pelvic belt, femoral fixative and straps. Device is supplied with thoracic belt connected with pelvic one by plates. Pelvic belt is fastened to femoral fixative by telescopically connected rods. One rod has a stopping unit and is pivotally fastened to pelvic belt due to a plank. The second rod is pivotally fastened to femoral fixative. Pelvic and thoracic belts, femoral fixative are designed to be detachable and compound for the possibility to regulate them according to their length and width. EFFECT: higher efficiency in treating degenerative-dystrophic diseases of a hip joint such as Perthes disease and aseptic necrosis of femoral head. 3 cl, 3 dwg
