Titers of antibodies to collagen and thyroglobulin are additionally determined in synovial fluid samples taken from injured hip joint. Relative titer increase with respect to antibodies-to-collagen titer norm being found 20 and more times as great and to thyroglobulin being found 100 and more times as great, impression or femur head fragmentation stage is to be diagnosed corresponding to the radiological picture. The values being found 10 and 50 times as great when compared to norm, respectively, Transition to reparation stage is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
