FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing iliac bone osteotomy along nameless line, displacing the distal fragment outward, forward and downward fixing the resulting position with wires. Osteotomy is carried out along an arc corresponding to the superior edge of the cotyloid cavity with some deflection from inside outside, from top to down. After shifting the distal fragment, it is split and autograft on feeding pedicle is introduced with its intima adjacent to the proximal fragment and its fixation with perosseous sutures. EFFECT: prevented deformity recurrence and aseptic head necrosis occurrence. 1 dwg
