Composition has, g/l: salt 1-40 and sugar 1-300. Composition is treated by current at impulse duration from IO-8 to 1 s, at front steepness by voltage I·IO-8 - I·IO-2 V/s, impulse leading edge - 1-IO4 at electric field intensity between electrodes - 10 V/cm - 90 kV/cm. Preliminary current can be converted to magnetic, electromagnetic or light impulses. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition.
